Responsibilities
- Collaboration:
- Works directly with build teams and clients across a number of projects to understand individual project requirements in order to create a customized deployment plan.
- Communication:
- Work directly with the core ATG Deployment Team to confirm daily responsibilities while ensuring any project work and important dates are tracked within a shared team calendar.
- Knowledge:
- Consume onboarding and training material, attend daily Deployment Team Standups, and weekly Office Hours sessions to hone skills pertaining to major release areas including Org Structure, Deployment Tools, Security Models, Salesforce Best Practices, etc.
Required Skills
- Demonstrates aptitude and experience in the following areas:
- Entry level Strong consultative and customer service skills; some knowledge of Salesforce release management processes.
- Mid-level: Experience within IT Delivery type projects; significant hands-on experience in Salesforce release management processes.
- Senior level: Proven experience working on and leading releases in the Salesforce Application utilizing multiple different approaches and tools.
- Possesses the ability to work independently and in teams with a thorough knowledge and understanding of various operating systems and commonly used software applications such as Visual Studio code, GIT, and Microsoft Excel.
Qualification and Experience
- 4-year degree in a technical or business field of study preferred.
- Knowledge of Quote to Cash process (CPQ, Order Management, Billing, and CRM) a plus.
- Experience working in the Salesforce.com platform.
- 2.5 to 8 years.
