Job Description
- Project Role: Software Development Engineer
- Project Role Description: Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Responsibilities
- Experience in Architecting and implementing Pega applications
- Participated in business discussions to define KPIs and design Pega applications to meet those Participated in project initiation, analysis, development life cycle, project management, and staffing.
- Working with diverse customers and varied pega implementations e- Pega CSA and CSSA certified
Technical Experience
- Architect, lead technical team, Mentor architects and other team members.
- Ensure enterprise standards are adhered to including coding standards, quality standards, traceability, version and change control.
- Perform code reviews to ensure application quality.
- Ensure compliance with Guardrails, coding standards, UI and Corporate standards.
- Pega Framework exposure on Customer Service, Marketing.
- Performing impact analysis, application development, performance and project management.
Professional Attributes
- Pega LSA certified with 4-5 years of total exp.
- Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles; and using agile Scrum methodology
