Job Description
Rockwell Automation’s Sensing, Safety, and Industrial Components Business is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to be a significant contributor to next-generation new product development. The position requires excellent analytical skills, a passion for programming. Accepted candidates will become part of the recently created engineering team in Pune.
Principal Responsibilities
- Learn and understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a multi-national product company.
- Develop software components to support new devices within RA’s software ecosystem.
- Participate in day-to-day software development activities in a global and diverse team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing or Completing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or another similar field.
- More than 8 CGPA at graduation level academics.
- First Class with Distinction at 10th and 10+2 level academics.
- Capable of solving complex programming problems using object-oriented languages like C++, C#, or Python.
OR
- Capable of creating web components using Angular.
- Hands-on experience in software development in the Microsoft tool ecosystem (Visual Studio).
Good To Have
- Experience in software programming through any academic project.
- Experience in working with teams developing Robotics or Control Systems.
