About the Speakers

Dr. Yajulu Medury, Vice Chancellor, Mahindra University

Dr. Yajulu Medury is a distinguished academician and administrator with over 30 years of leadership in higher education. An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and the University of Wisconsin–Madison, he has served as Vice Chancellor at multiple institutions, including Bennett University, Jaypee University, and VIT Vellore.

He has also led EdCIL, a Government of India enterprise. Known for founding three universities and building global academic partnerships, Dr. Medury champions experiential learning, inclusivity, and industry collaboration. He continues to drive Mahindra University toward global excellence in education.

Dr. Jayaram Raghunath, Dean, School of Law, Mahindra University

Dr. Jayaram Raghunath brings over 25 years of experience in corporate law, legal education, and academic leadership. He currently serves as Dean and Professor at Mahindra University School of Law.

An accomplished legal educator and researcher, he also holds accreditation as an arbitrator from the Bar Council of India.

About the Moderator

Dr. Rishi Raj Bhardwaj, Assistant Professor, Mahindra University

Dr. Rishi Raj Bhardwaj is an academic and professional with over 15 years of experience across teaching, administration, and consultancy.

He has held senior roles at institutions such as Sharda University, AKTU, CCSU, and Bennett University, and has been associated with ICAI, IGNOU, IICA, and ISM-India for more than a decade.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has worked on financial and compliance audits for major PSUs including AAI, BHEL, DMRC, and ISRO. He also advises MSMEs and startups on policy and compliance matters.
