About NeGD

In 2009, National e-Governance Division was created by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology as an Independent Business Division under the Digital India Corporation. PMU-Data Analyst

Eligibility Criteria

B.E/B.Tech (In any stream) or full-time MBA / PG Diploma in Management or MCA.
5+ year of experience as a data analyst in one or multiple private or government organisations.
Hands-on experience in cleansing and preparing data, analysing and exploring data, Expertise in statistics,
analysing and visualizing data, Reports and dashboards, Communication and writing

Roles and Responsibilities

Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
Removing corrupted data and fixing errors and related problems.
Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems
Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be
helpful for the diagnosis and prediction

Manager IT

Eligibility Criteria

B.E/B. Tech (Computer Science/IT) and M.B.A. in IT are a plus.
Experience in program/project management of IT projects with at least 5 years of experience in managing the complete lifecycle of large IT / e-Governance projects.
Over 2 years of experience in rolling out e-Governance projects.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies PMP/PRINCE II certification, is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Support the implementation of various IT projects across Central/State Departments.

Undertake requirement gathering from departments for their IT needs.
Support the development of project management documents and make demonstrations to the Departments concerned.
Support in managing the technical team to roll out the deliverables.
Support in training and capacity building in the IT domain.
Support in formulating strategies for rolling out IT projects in the Centre/ State.
Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate the selection of project services and products

Eligibility Criteria

B.E./B. Tech (Computer Science/IT)/ MCA.
3+ years* of experience as a QA tester for a large enterprise system.
Experience in performance and regression testing is a plus
Mandatory Experience in Automated testing tools (JMeter, other open-source tools)
Sound knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
Familiarity with MS Office, reporting and documentation.

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Identify, record documents thoroughly and track bugs; Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

To build, configure, optimize, and tune Linux server farms.
To utilize configuration management tools to manage large server farms and scale our existing infrastructure to increase capacity and support new services.

Works on server configuration changes, release management, performance tuning, capacity planning, automation, etc.
