Applications are invited for the temporary post of Junior Executive for Technical Section in the office of IC&SR, IIT Madras.

Eligibility
- Qualification: BSc. in (Science stream)/ Computer Science/ IT with 2-3 years of experience (as detailed below) or MSc. In (Science stream) or MCA with minimum of 6 months experience (as detailed below).
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 28 years.
Skills/ Experience
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, and good working knowledge.
- Experience in writing letters & Official communications in English.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Additional skills in Graphic designing with knowledge in tools such as Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
- Working knowledge in Academic & Research environment is an additional advantage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Data collection & analysis.
- Preparing Reports & Presentations.
- Organising meetings.
- Corresponding with stake holders – Faculty members, students, staff, funding agencies, Industry & visitors.
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, bookkeeping, answering emails, phone calls, and data entry.
- Any other tasks assigned by the authorities.
- More experienced candidate may be offered Senior Executive position with appropriate salary.
