Job Responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic technical leader for core scope utilities design and execution for a greenfield expansion. The individual is expected to lead end to end project scope for setting up core utilities for a pharma grade setup and expected to deliver project while excelling on project deliverables of cost, schedule, and technical success criteria.
Eligibility
- Engineering. From Tier 1,2 college with degree in either of Mech, electrical, chemical engineering or MBA Tier from 1,2 college with past experience atleast 4 years in utilities operations or project management.
- Experience with electrical & mechanical utilities in operations and project delivery.
- Hands on experience on Design, Estimation, BVOA and Project execution of DG sets, Single Line Diagrams, control system, Solar Plant, battery charger, compressors, chillers, CVCs, Dust control, HVAC Lifts/elevators, smoke detection and Fire Alarm system, Building Management System.
- Experience in pharma grade utilities and understanding of cGMP and pharma requirements for clean design for utilities scope.
- Hands on experience of Installation and commissioning of Power systems and Utility Equipment’s.
- Experience of past greenfield or brownfield utility expansion is preferred
Responsibilities
Responsible for all project phases related to utilities scope for MAHATMA (design, planning, implementation, installation, commissioning, and handover)
Lead end to end project management for utilities scope delivery from design to execution and vertical start-up
Meticulous scrutiny of detailed design, EIs, P&IDs for utilities scope to meet desired utilities requirements to support operations
Execution scope includes but not limited to air compressors, dryers, chillers, HVAC, CVCs, Dust control, DGs, Battery charging, USP water system, etc
Design and implement plan for touchless utility operations with centralized control system for inside utilities (BMS systems, energy monitoring, SCADA for utility equipment operation).
