About Nesternship
Nesternship, Nestlé’s flagship Internship Programme was designed to reimagine our commitment to upskill the youth towards self-reliance, growth and employability. The Nesternship programme was established to engage the youth in meaningful work while providing exposure to the ways of working in the FMCG sector.
Under the programme, university students participate in an 10-week immersive learning experience in a real-world setting. Students navigate a specific business project under the direction and supervision of an experienced leader within a function, acquiring essential knowledge in understanding the operations of the company and the dynamism of business.
Eligibility
- Youngsters who are curious to learn the ways of the largest food and beverage organization of the world.
- Students pursuing bachelors or masters in any discipline.
- Passionate youngsters with leadership experiences and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- The ability to work independently and with a team.
- Available to participate for 10 weeks part-time/full-time in a hybrid internship programme.
