Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Practical experience in cybersecurity, including hands-on knowledge of penetration testing, network security, encryption, and cybersecurity tools.
- Documentation skills to create clear and concise lab instructions and training materials.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to handle doubt clearing sessions.
- Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and a desire to share knowledge and insights with others.
- Familiarity with attack and defense methodologies, threat analysis, and risk assessment.
- Prior experience with mentoring or training, whether in a formal or informal setting, is advantageous.
- Should know tools like nmap, sqlmap, burp, etc., and should have working knowledge of Kali Linux or parrot OS.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create cybersecurity labs that simulate real-world scenarios for various topics such as penetration testing, network security, cryptography, and more.
- Design comprehensive lab instructions, exercises, and solutions to ensure a hands-on learning experience for participants.
- Create detailed documentation for labs, including setup instructions, prerequisites, and step-by-step guides for participants.
- Doubt clearing sessions for participants, fostering an interactive and collaborative learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching sessions to address individual learning needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously enhance and update the training curriculum based on industry developments.
- Assist in evaluating participants’ progress, skills, and understanding through assessments and practical evaluations.
- Serve as a point of contact for participants’ questions, clarifications, and technical support during training programs.
- Support the senior trainers in organizing and executing workshops, seminars, and training events.
