About NIT Kurukshetra
The National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra (NIT Kurukshetra or NITKKR) is a public technical and research university located in Kurukshetra. In December 2008, it was accredited by the status of Institute of National Importance (INI). It is one of the 30 National Institutes of Technology established and administered by the Government of India.
Eligibility Criteria
- First division in both UG and PG with a Ph.D. awarded or Ph.D. thesis submitted.
- M.Sc. NET, M.Phill in Mathematics.
- For the candidate with Ph.D. submitted/ M.ScNET/ M.Phill. Two tutorials/ seminars will be treated as equivalent to one lecture.

- Interested candidates must submit their applications in the prescribed form (attached) along with self-attested copies of documents.
- The hard copy of the complete application must reach the Department office on or before 17/10/2022 (Monday) by 5.00 PM.
- The candidates are also required to fill out the Google Form available on the link.
Interview Process
- The Offline interviews would be conducted in the Dept. of Mathematics on 20/10/2022(Thursday) from 10:00 AM onwards.
- Candidates must carry all original documents.
Salary
- Rs. 70,900/-per month for Ph.D. candidates.
- Rs 57,700/- per month for the candidates who have successfully submitted their Ph.D. Thesis.
