The Field Sales track immerses you in real-world experiences to:

- Understand consumer behaviour through in-person interaction
- Develop compelling sales offers and engaging shopper campaigns
- Launch your career in sales & marketing with relevant experience
Educational Requirements: Graduate in any discipline with an interest in sales.
Nutrition
Work alongside our commercial leaders and shape the future of healthier generations.
The Field Nutrition track immerses you in real-world experiences to:
- Master the fundamentals of business of nutrition from the ground up
- A chance to learn about the sales operations of Nestlé brands
- Understand consumer behaviour through in-person interaction
- Develop compelling offers and engaging shopper campaigns
- Launch your career in the commercial function of the nutrition business
Educational Requirements: B. Pharma, M. Pharma, Life Sciences, veterinary & graduate degrees similar discipline.
Supply Chain

Join our Supply Chain track and gain hands-on experience:
