What does the team do?
Product – Learn how we launched the Moj product in 30 hours, a testament to our speed value.
What’ll you do?
- Querying the Database: Using SQL to run queries on analytical engines [ Google BigQuery / Databricks / Redshift / any of the prominent ones ]
- Scripting: Writing scalable scripts to fetch or modify data from API endpoints.
- Analytical Skills: You will work with large amounts of data related to user behaviour on ShareChat. You will need to analyze the data to draw conclusions.
- Critical Thinking: You may need to look for trends and patterns in the data to draw new conclusions based on the findings.
- Attention to Detail: Data is precise. You have to make sure you are vigilant in your analysis to come to the correct conclusions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience using BI tools like Superset, Redash, Metabase, etc., would be relevant.
- Experience in Python/R, etc., would be relevant.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), and programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
