Responsibilities

  • Scale Google Pay product’s technical onboarding via automation, tooling, and maintaining and developing new technical workflows.
  • Support product and engineering with feature design and development, feature incubation, and partner integrations. Work with cross-functional teams to launch and support partnerships with a focus on technical and product onboarding.
  • Incubate and support launching new product features and Application Programming Interface (API) enhancements by working directly with Product and Engineering. Design, build and maintain tools to automate and ease partner integrations, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external partners to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
  • Work closely with Product/Engineering to help design products and tools for scale and ease of partner onboarding. Launch and support new partnerships to grow products.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in troubleshooting, systems design, managing external partners/customers, and data analysis using SQL / MySQL.
  • 5 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 5 years of experience coding with a programming language (e.g., Java, C / C++, Python).

Preferred Qualification

  • Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with customer stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent technical leadership, project management, analytical problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
