As a Backend Intern at Vance, you’ll immerse yourself in the heart of fintech innovation. This role combines creative problem-solving and technical development, focused on designing and implementing robust backend features. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable systems, contributing significantly to the early stages of our product development. Role and Responsibilities
- Feature Development & Scalable System Design: Spearheaded development and implementation of robust backend features. Designing and building scalable systems, ensuring they are efficient and high-quality.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with product, backend, and frontend teams to create integrated backend solutions for our product and internal dashboards. Be proactive in suggesting and implementing innovative approaches to enhance our product offerings.
- Lifecycle Management: In our dynamic early-stage startup environment, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of backend features, from concept to deployment.
Required Skilled Sets
- Java Expertise: Strong grasp of Java fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Backend Proficiency: Solid understanding and interest in backend development, data modelling, and database management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address complex technical challenges with effective solutions.
- Spring Framework Knowledge: One must be familiar with or have experience using the Spring Boot Framework for backend development.
