Responsibilities
- Focuses on automating product feedback workflows within production services.
- Understands Prodigal’s human-in-the-loop feedback systems, including direct feedback (upvoting, editing notes) and indirect feedback (adherence to suggestions).
- Engages with products such as Pro Notes, Pro Assist, and ProInsight to analyze feedback mechanisms.
- Analyzes current review processes and synthesizes user feedback delivered to models.
- Utilizes large language models (LLMs) to automate and optimize feedback loops for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Required Skill Sets
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors program in Computer Science (3rd or 4th year only).
- Pre requisites: Strong backend development skills and an enthusiasm to experiment with cutting-edge LLMs; familiarity with machine learning concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A hacker mentality: you should love building systems, be eager to learn about frontier technologies, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
