Responsibilities
- Learn and contribute to creating, executing, and managing test cases for mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
- Conduct manual testing of mobile applications to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
- Assist in developing automation scripts using tools like Appium, Selenium, or similar, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and system testing to ensure high-quality application delivery.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and senior QA engineers to identify, report, and track issues using bug-tracking tools.
- Participate in QA planning sessions to ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features and app releases.
- Continuously learn and apply testing best practices and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields (2024/2025 pass-out).
- Basic understanding of mobile application testing on Android and iOS.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of any programming language with OOPS concepts.
- Familiarity with mobile automation tools like Appium or exposure to automation projects in college.
- Familiarity with any automation testing tools (Appium, Selenium) is an added advantage.
- A basic understanding of SQL and API testing is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
