About the Contest
Participants in the competition will have the opportunity to demonstrate their urban planning and design skills by creating a smart city using a designated mobile application as their digital platform. With guidance provided on the spot, they will be tasked with building a city that aligns with principles such as efficient resource utilization, energy conservation, green spaces, eco-friendly methods, and occupant comfort. The competition focuses on fostering innovation and the practical application of urban planning concepts.

Problem Statement
Design and present a smart city layout adhering to ideal urban development parameters, using the provided digital platform that is mobile app. Submissions will be evaluated on sustainability, functionality, creativity, General Happiness Index(GHI) and Aesthetics of the City.
Rules of the Competition
- The time limit for city creation is 65 minutes i.e 60 minutes for city creation 5 minutes for tutorial.
- Submissions must address the parameters of smart city design, including resource utilization, energy efficiency, green spaces, eco-friendly methods, Water sources Management and occupant comfort.
- Judges will evaluate entries based on adherence to the given criteria and overall presentation.
- The population of your city must be Over 250 persons.
- All participants must play in sandbox mode only.

- Tie Breaker will be decided on the basis of Aesthetics of the City.
General Instructions
- Participants must bring mobile phones and use the designated mobile application for city planning.
- It’s Recommended for all the participants to play this game Beforehand to be better prepared for the Actual Event.
- Judges Decision Will be Final based on the Evaluation criteria, No Further Queries will be Entertained!
