Job Responsibilities

Role Description
- Structured Learning: The program follows a comprehensive learning framework designed to enhance technical and business acumen.
- Salesforce Certifications: Interns will have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, along with certifications in other Salesforce products.
- Hands-on Consulting Experience: Participants will develop consulting skills by working on real-world customer and internal projects.
- Problem-Solving & Business Value: Interns will learn to analyze business challenges and implement solutions that drive value.
- Salesforce Solution Development: Interns will gain hands-on experience in building and configuring Salesforce solutions for clients.

Skills Required
- Educational Background: Engineering or Engineering + MBA graduate in Management.
- Graduation Year: Must be graduating in 2026.
- Eligibility: Applicants should be in their pre-final year of graduation or post-graduation while applying.
- Work Experience:
- Ideally, prior experience in a Commercial or Consulting environment through internships or university projects.
- Preferably in an international setting.
- Full-time work experience between 0 to 30 months.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
