Currently, Itron is seeking an IT Solutions Delivery Trainee to join their expanding IT center in Bangalore, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Itron’s global IT organization, providing remote support for complex issues to internal customers. The team’s support will have a worldwide impact, assisting thousands of Itron employees across the globe in a dynamic and ever-evolving IT support environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Design APIs with robust authentication, authorization, and security.
- Integrate and fine-tune AI models like GPT-3/4 and LLaMA, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Create and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management.
- Develop task automation scripts using PowerShell, Shell, and Python for Windows and Linux.
- Scale automation scripts for large environments, integrating Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Full-Stack: Experience in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- AI & Automation: Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, Ansible, and vector databases.
- Scripting & Tools: Python, PowerShell/bash, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and performance optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Education: 2024 pass out – Freshers Any degree from a recognized university.
