Job Description

  • Responsible for shift operation & should handle resource management.
  • Responsible for line technical availability, quality, 5s & safety.
  • Coordination with CFT for day-to-day activities.
  • Adaption of systematic problem-solving methods like why-why, Ishikawa.
  • Should periodically review PM & B/D points, and convert them to CBM, Predictive mode.
  • Need to make a scientific analysis of failure and make suggestions for monitoring.
  • Create QAM, Machine FMEA and review.
  • Change potential points into CBM.
  • Drive team towards permanent measures for line/equipment issues.
  • Finding training needs for the team and planning the same.
  • Planning shift schedules for the team and manpower planning
  • Deriving corrective & preventive actions for machine breakdown through
    appropriate quality tools.
  • Implementation of TPM, MTTR, MTBF.
  • Should effectively manage tooling management.
  • Communication with suppliers on open points, breakdowns & closure.
  • Documentation of breakdown & preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechatronics / E&E / Electronics with 7-12 years of exp.

Experience

  • 6 – 10 Years of experience in the Electronics manufacturing industry with sound Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting skills on Pick and place machines, Milling, Thermo fuse locking and conveyor systems.
  • Process Knowledge in SMT lines and Knowledge of other SMT machines is necessary.
  • Having knowledge of PLC and I4.0 projects is an advantage.
