Applications are invited from interested and motivated candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/ Project Associate-1 in a time bound ICMR funded research project entitled “MeDiKiT: Medical Data Integration Toolkit – A Pilot Implementation of Medical Data Sharing Software Systems for Future Medicine to Enable Big Data & AI Applications in Medicine” [Dr. Tanmaya Mahapatra] for a temporary period purely on a contractual basis.

Responsibilities
- A medical data integration software artefact, along with a centralized data repository to archive medical datasets automatically from clinical systems.
- The candidate will carry out the software development, Literature survey, Testbed setup and research activities related to the project.
- The candidate will also be responsible for writing project reports, research papers, and patents and coordinating the project activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications: B.Tech. or M.Tech or MSc from a reputed university/college, in CS/EEE/ECE and related branches of engineering.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Data structures, Algorithms and Programming in Java. GATE/NET qualified candidates will be given preference.
- GATE/NET qualified.
Age Limit
Age not exceeding 35 years as of the date of the interview.
Tenure
3 Years.
Fellowship
- 31,000/- per month for NET/GATE qualified candidates.
- 25,000/-(initially first two years) and Rs 28,000 (afterwards till the end of the project) per month for non-NET/GATE qualified candidates.
