About Spring Fest 2024
SPRING FEST’24 is the largest annual social and Cultural fest in eastern India. It has been organized every time with greater pomp and show since 1960. Like every year, we come up with a new intriguing theme; this year, it is ‘DOWNTOWN DELIRIUM’.
At SPRING FEST, IIT KHARAGPUR constantly strive towards the satisfaction of everyone. IIT Kharagpur shall leave no stone unturned in fulfilling the needs of secure accommodation away from home. They strive to make your stay comfortable and your experience a memorable one. Hospitality management would be one of the prime focuses of the TEAM SPRING FEST 2024. You’ll get accommodation at Spring Fest, IIT KHARAGPUR for four nights and four days; from 26th January to 28th January at IIT KHARAGPUR, with exclusive free access to all the events.

Accommodation Fee
Accommodation at Spring Fest, IIT Kharagpur, is charged 2240 INR only/- per head for 4 Days and four nights package. (From 25 January 2023 08:00 A.M. to 29 January 2023 10:00 A.M) which will include the following:
- All days of complementary accommodation inside IIT Kharagpur including the arrival and departure days.
- Free participation in every event.
- Free Star Night passes for all 3 Pronites.
- SF Kit (Merchandise, eateries, goodies, token of gesture from SF)
Timing
- Check-In Time – 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. on Your Check-In Date.
- Check-Out Time – Anytime on or Before Your Check-Out Date.
The arena and registration desk will remain closed between 7 PM and 10 PM. All the services will resume after 10:00 PM during fest dates.
