Eligibility
First class in both U.G and P.G. level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA) from a recognized University /Institute. U.G., P.G. and Ph.D. degrees should be in the appropriate disciplines of CSE and ECE respectively.
Preference
Candidates who have experience to handle subjects mentioned below will be given preference.
- Computer Organisation and Architecture
- Analog VLSI
- Complier Design Communication Systems
- Discrete Structures Electronic Circuits

Biodata along with the original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies of all the relevant certificates should be produced at the time of walk-in-Interview at IIIT, Tiruchirappalli, Sethurapatti, Trichy-Madurai Highway, Tiruchirappalli-620012.
- Date of Interview: 9 Oct 2022.
- Registration /Reporting time : 09.30 AM to 10.00 AM.
- Written test The indicative syllabi for the written test is as per GATE 2022: 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM.
- Interview for the Shortlisted candidates: 12.00 PM onwards or after the written test.
Salary
- For those with Ph.D.-Rs. 40,000/- per month.
- For those with M.E/M.Tech. or equivalent.- Rs. 30,000/- per month.
