WE offers an online program for first-year women engineering students. Women have been shaping computing since its early days. However, today women hold less than 26% of the global tech workforce. Women Engineers (WE), a 24-month immersive and LIVE online learning experiential program offered by TalentSprint and supported by Google, selects, trains, and nurtures deserving first-year women engineering students to become world-class software engineers.

Eligibility Criteria
This program is for you if the following statements describe you,
- Love the idea of a great tech career.
- A woman student currently in the first year of B. Tech. / B. E.
- Specializing in IT / CSE / ECE / EEE / Maths / Applied Maths or equivalent Scored over 70% in both X and XII.
