About the Workshop
The workshop aims to train the industry and academic workforce about the required skills for futuristic vehicles over five days.
- The first day will cover a discussion on advanced material, Vehicle dynamics, Acoustics and Noise Control, Multibody dynamics, and Applied Control Theory.
- The second day will cover tools for mechanism and transmission basics, applied computational fluid dynamics, applied finite element method, combustion and engine power, and flight dynamics and control.
- The third day covers topics related to traffic and drives modeling, pavement and road modeling, rail geodynamics, automotive design exploration, and sustainable design for vehicles.
- The fourth day deals with battery fundamentals and their development, fuel cell technologies, hydrogen fuel economy, vehicle-to-vehicle communication, and PV cell technologies.
- The fifth day and final day covers topics related to autonomous vehicle technology, power converters for electric vehicles, PV circuits for EVs, charging infrastructure and energy management, and policy for future vehicle development.
