Job Summary

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing and maintaining DevOps tools and processes to support continuous integration and continuous Cloud deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate manual processes and improve the efficiency of Cloud Applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance of the Cloud applications, services and systems.
Assist in managing cloud-based infrastructure and services using platforms such as AWS.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to developing scripts and automation tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in DevOps practices and tools.
Work closely with the Developers, and SDETs team members and contribute as part of the given Sprint cycles..
Create and Maintain comprehensive internal documents, and accurate bug report descriptions.
Help to recreate and troubleshoot issues and conduct post-release/ post-implementation.
Leverage the automation framework for automating feature tests and propose changes or enhancements to the framework to enable the feature validations.
Joint ownership and accountability for the product quality and release.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and Terraform is an additional plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in DevOps practices using CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Cybersecurity experience in the form of certificate programs and/or as electives during academics is an added advantage.
