Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Serves as the conduit with Engineering to ensure Spares Materials assessment reporting will be in place prior to Engineering Change Request submittal
- Responsible for evaluating Spares material assessment to assure or minimize excess inventory prior to Engineering change submittal and analyses inventory financial impact (Rework Cost, Excess & Obsolete)
- Participate in cross functional meetings to discuss on Change order issues
- Assess material availability and inventory impacts for Engineering Changes in order to assist in establishing effectivity date(s)
- Support the Execution of material disposition in the change order implementation
- Monthly KPI reporting
Requirements and Experience
The essential requirements of the job include.
- Computer literate including MS Office suite, email, Windows, Explorer
- Ability to successfully interact with and coordinate across diverse parts of the organization, technical and non-technical
- Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SQL, SAP and data visualization tool like Power-BI, Qlik etc.
