Role and Responsibilities
A Business Transformation Consultant (Intern) assigned to this position is expected to have experience and knowledge in the areas of Supply Chain Management. Procurement Services (e.g. Supply and demand management, SCM transformation, SCM Digital transformation, Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Sales & Operation Planning, Procurement Transformation, Operating Model Design) needed to ensure the successful delivery of consulting services and leading to high client satisfaction.
What you’ll do
This position requires the skills needed to test hypotheses and conclusions, leading to developing innovative client deliverables that support and reinforce effective teaming within the engagement. This position must be client-facing, with the primary requirement to discuss current state processes and communicate redesigned processes in the supply chain and operations area spanning strategy, process, advanced analytics, or optimization.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good knowledge of supply chain/procurement/operations processes in any industry
- 2-3 years of pre-MBA experience in Supply Chain / Operation is preferable
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting qualitative & quantitative information, deriving strategies, cost take-out opportunity identification, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
