Setting up an upgrade process for the AWS EMR version enables product teams to achieve a more secure and compliant environment, new features, and improved performance.
Responsibilities
Developing an upgrade process for EMR service to provide new, improved functionality and better compliance and security
The assignment would involve:
- Understanding the existing EMR service and Infrastructure for various product teams
- Evaluate and explore the new features available in the latest version of EMR
- Work with SMEs or teams to understand the requirements and process enhancements to the solution
- Build and test the upgrade process.
