Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Institute of Engineering and Technology (NHPSHS000010) invites applications from eligible candidates for Graduate Apprentice Trainee through web portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in or http://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/ for the following disciplines of engineering / technology, under the Apprentice Act 1961 and Apprenticeship (Amendment) rules 2019 (as amended from time to time), for the year 2023-24, for a period of 1 year.

General Instructions
- Candidate should have attained above Essential Qualification during 2022, 2021 & 2020 and not prior to that.
- Have not undergone any apprenticeship training earlier in any establishment.
- The duration of apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year only and place of posting will be at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Govt. Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pragatinagar, Kotkhai, Shimla-171202 (Himachal Pradesh).
- Candidates have to enroll themselves online in the National Web Portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in or http://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/ by providing required details and uploading the required documents to get User Id & Password.
- For enrolment Candidates should have Aadhaar card, Valid Personal Email ID, Mobile number (will be required to send/verify OTP), Passport size photograph (Format: JPEG & Size: Less than 200KB), Aadhaar seeded/mapped Bank account
- details, Qualifying Degree / Provisional Certificate (Format: PDF & Size: Less than IMB), First page of Bank passbook /Bank account statement (Format: PDF & Size: Less than IMB).
- Web portal is being operated by MHRD, Government of India. For enquiries regarding the issues related with web portal, the candidates are requested to contact help line numbers mentioned in the web portal. Correspondence with respect to functionality of portal will not be entertained by ABVGIET.
- The selected candidates must sign a contract for the period of training of 1 year as per the Apprenticeship Act. Engaging suitable candidates as Apprentices or the completion of training at ABVGIET, shall not entitle such candidates/trainees, any right to claim any type of employment in ABVGIET.
