About NATS Program

About the Job
- Structured Training & Mentorship: Trainees will receive guidance from qualified training managers who will facilitate knowledge transfer and mentorship.
- Exposure to Industry Practices: Participants will gain hands-on experience with the latest applications, processes, and methodologies relevant to their field of work.
- Transition from Academia to Industry: This training serves as a bridge between academic learning and the professional workplace, helping recent graduates adapt to a corporate environment.
- Development of Professional Skills: In addition to technical expertise, trainees will develop soft skills, work culture awareness, ethics, and organizational behavior.

- Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++
- Good knowledge of SQL and Databases
