Job description
- Motorola is seeking a DevOps Developer to join our fast-paced scrum team. Our team designs, builds, tests, deploys, and maintains software tools that support Product Engineering and Business Partners.
- The technology stack we use is wide-ranging and includes AI, Automation, Chatbots and Cloud Computing.
- In addition to development tasks, DevOps team members are responsible for providing technical support to the end-users when requested.
- They are currently looking to expand our team’s skill set to include more experience in IBM Watson and to help with the current workload.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Development of Python AWS Lambdas
- Requirements gathering of new business objectives.
- Prototyping new technologies
- Providing technical support to end users
- Building test cases to test new features
- Documenting new features
- Development of Java Spring Boot web service.
Requirements
The essential requirements of the job include.
- 2 + years of experience with software engineering
- 1+ years of experience with Java Spring Boot
- 1+ years of experience in SQL Database
- Experiences with AWS
- Experience with Atlassian Software Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
