About GTA Group
Global Talent Agility (GTA) is a team in the Performance, Learning and Development (L, D & P) organization at Seagate. This group is responsible for democratizing the careers of Seagate’s employees and providing agility to our workforce by providing them opportunities to build the skills to achieve business results. We also aim to ensure that our Seagate has the skills and resources needed to win and grow in the VUCA world.
Role
- Help manage KPIs for weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain GTA Programs websites and related documentation
- Prepare SLA reports for support functions
- Create /update the test scripts for and participate in UAT for
- Participate in regional projects and programs as required
- Help with testing all the integrations and new product releases
- Contribute to stakeholder management by helping build weekly and monthly status reports
- Test the newly developed reports and dashboards to ensure data is streamlined across all reporting points
Requirements
- Interest in GTA processes and tools with a desire to learn and grow
- Quick learner of new technologies
- Ability in building effective relationships
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple priorities
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
- Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
- Self-motivated, target-oriented with good follow-up skills
- Relevant proven experience
Experience
- Experience in technology like IT Software, Cloud and Analytics.
- Working with Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Data analysis and presentation
