Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes for the product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams. Own a product area and be responsible for constantly fine-tuning your product strategy.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Engati and its features across primary market segments
- Work closely with Engineering and CS teams, facilitating collaboration and prompt resolution of technical platform issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar major.
- MBA or experience in software or IT industry preferred
- A passionate team player with immense energy and ability to work with customers and grow them.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to converse with customers and internal teams and handle tough situations, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Highly organized and able to multitask. Self-driven and proactive in nature.
- Ability to reason, think, and identify problems and work with teams to design, estimate, and deliver a solution for them.
- A persistent learner who can constantly learn and grow with the team.
