Responsibilities

  • Job Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and managing data processing jobs to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Client Communications: Act as a liaison between our team and clients, providing updates on job status, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Automation: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for automation and contribute to the development and implementation of automation solutions.
  • Scripting and SQL: Utilize basic scripting and SQL skills to support various operational tasks and initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to job monitoring, client communications, and automation activities.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Pre-requisites

  • Proficiency in basics of scripting and SQL.
  • Recent graduates in BE / MCA field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience or coursework related to data operations, job monitoring, or automation is a plus.
