Job Description
Hey, Kroll superstars! Are you ready to dive into Restructuring with Kroll’s fantastic team? They’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our Team as interns.
At Kroll, we’re not just about transactions but about making an impact. As an Intern in our Restructuring practice, you’ll specialize in advising middle-market companies on sell-side, buy-side, and capital-raising transactions. You will develop deep industry expertise and a knack for superior deal execution.

Responsibilities
- Performing in-depth research and data analysis
- To collate information and assist in the preparation of reports.
- To take ownership of work assignments and manage workload.
- To keep line managers appraised on progress.
- Assist and support other members of the team as required.
- To actively participate in the firm and demonstrate a “can do” approach.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of superior academic and work performance (if applicable); demonstrated commitment to outstanding results
- Bachelor of Commerce / Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management (with a concentration in Finance) or related field from an accredited college or university
- Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to master new tasks quickly
- Dedication to teamwork and strong personal integrity
- Comfort in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of the French language will be an added advantage
