Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and Development
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code based on software specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Code Review and Testing
- Perform code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and conduct debugging to ensure software reliability.
- Participate in software testing cycles to identify and resolve bugs or issues.
- Architecture and Problem Solving
- Design software architecture that meets scalability and performance goals.
- Analyze complex problems and develop efficient algorithms or solutions.
- Optimize existing software for speed and efficiency.
- Documentation
- Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
- Document code, processes, and systems to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and progress with stakeholders and management.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools.
- Continuously improve coding and development processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Education and Eligibility
