1. Summer Internship Programme 2025 at NIT Calicut

Applications are invited from eligible Students for Internship during summer vacation 2025 or Project Internship in various Laboratories at NIT Calicut as per the following conditions:

The Summer Internship Programme (SIP) will be generally offered for a period of 30/60 days during the summer vacation between May 1 – July 10, 2025, in line with the academic calendar of NITC. Selected candidates may be permitted to do projects using the specific laboratory facilities in certain departments.

  • Eligibility: Students must meet the following conditions to apply:
    • Minimum CGPA: 6.5 (out of 10) or 65% aggregate marks (up to the latest published semester results).
    • Candidates must be regular full-time students with no back papers and no disciplinary actions from their parent institute.
    • Students of NIT Calicut are not eligible to apply as this is a scheme exclusively for students outside NITC.
  • Application: Interested Students need to fill up and submit the Form with the necessary information and documents on or before 5.00 PM on 26th March 2025 (Wednesday).

2. Summer Internships 2025 at NIT Hamirpur

National Institute of Technology Hamirpur invites applications from the students studying in llTs/NlTs/State Technical Universities/Other CFTIs, to do Summer Training/Internship in the different Departments/Centres of the Institute. There are various projects under which the candidates can apply.

3. Summer Internship 2025 at NIT Tiruchirappalli

Applications are invited from the third year and final year B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering students of various institutions for undergoing an internship at the Department of Mechanical Engineering under Scientific Social Responsibility (SSR) of the SERB-project (CRG/2023/004486).

  • Project Title: Detection of Crack Orientation in 3D Printed Composite Plate using Shearlet Transform.
  • Eligibility: Currently pursuing third year and final year B.E./B.Tech.(Mechanical) with good academic background.
  • Duration: One month only (April 15 2025 and June 30 2025).
  • Stipend: Stipend of Rs. 5000/- per month.
  • Application: Interested students can fill out the online application with the Google Form.

4. SVNIT Summer Internship Programme 2025, Surat

SVNIT Summer Internship Programme (SSIP) is a popular in house programme initiated in 2018. The objective of the programme is to enhance awareness and interest in quality academic research among young Engineering and Science students.

  • No. of Intake: Total 50 interns.
  • Eligibility:
    • Any student pursuing B.E./B. Tech with a good academic record, who has appeared at least 5th semester examination.
    • Any Integrated M.Sc./Integrated M.Tech/Dual degree student with a good academic record, who has appeared at least 5th semester examination.
  • Duration: May 19-July 18, 2025
  • Stipend: Rs. 5,000/- per month.
  • Application: Applications must be submitted through the Google Form / online only.
  • Deadline: The last date of application is 11th April, 2025.

5. Outreach Summer Internship Programme 2025 for UG Students at MANIT Bhopal

Internship Programme (IP) for 2nd year and 3rd year UG students is a new initiative started by Centre of Excellence in Product Design and Smart Manufacturing (CEPDSM) from the academic year 2024-’25 to introduce research bent of mind in UG students at an early stage and to promote interdisciplinary research activities in the Centre. CEPDSM at MANIT-Bhopal was established in the year 2021 to offer a unique platform for collaboration of advanced technologies in the area of product design and smart manufacturing.

  • Eligibility: B.Tech students (completing their 2nd year and 3rd year) from various technical institutes and universities of India and abroad are invited to carry out their internship programme in the CEPDSM, MANIT, Bhopal for the summer session starting from 2nd June 2025.
  • Duration: 2nd June to 27th June 2025 (one month internship) 2nd June to 11th July 2025 (one-and-a-half-month internship).
  • Last date of receiving applications: 30-04-2025

6. Summer Internship Programme 2025 at NIT Rourkela

NIT Rourkela has introduced a Summer Internship Programme aimed at motivating talented B. Tech, B. Arch, B.Sc., M.Sc., and MBA students from various institutes across India, excluding NIT Rourkela, to engage in innovative research and development projects under the mentorship of NITR faculty.

  • Eligibility: Any B.Tech., B.Arch., B.Sc., M.Sc. and MBA student with a good academic record who has completed 2 or 3 years of study toward an engineering or science degree may apply for this fellowship.

7. Summer Internship 2025 at NIT Tiruchirappalli

National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NITT) is inviting undergraduate students from various Colleges, Institutes and Universities to pursue internship under the guidance of a faculty mentor of NITT. The undergraduate students will get an opportunity to interact with the NITT faculty mentor. The program is beneficial for students who are doing their under graduation.

  • Eligibility: Undergraduate students from various Colleges, Institutes and Universities to pursue internship.
  • Application: The prospective undergraduate student has to directly interact with the faculty mentor of NITT through email and get the consent for the internship. After receiving the consent, the undergraduate student can then fill in the application in google form.
  • Duration: 4 weeks (minimum), 8 weeks (maximum)
  • Period of Internship: May 1st, 2025 – July 31st, 2025
  • Last Date of Application: 31st March, 2025.
