Internship Description

  • Knowledge of working with virtual servers.
  • Basic hands-on experience in Windows OS environment.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory.
  • Basic understanding of Azure fundamentals concepts.
  • Ability to work in good collaboration with different teams
  • Good communication skills

Must Have

  • Knowledge of working with virtual servers.

What will you do after training?

  • Manage users and security groups in the active directory/Azure active directory.
  • Work on tickets created on the ticketing tool.
  • Provide technical support to in-house users with issues with Windows servers and applications running on Windows servers.
  • Work on various projects assigned to you during your tenure.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to SQL servers.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues on Azure cloud services.
