Job Details
A dedicated and detail-oriented UX Research Intern for a six-month internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on live research projects and contribute to research ops initiatives.
Responsibilities
- User Research: Support senior researchers in planning and conducting both qualitative and quantitative studies, delivering actionable insights to inform product improvements and feature enhancements.
- Field Work: Assist in creating research plans, recruitment guide, screeners, interview protocols, response-recording templates, and analysis frameworks.
- Documentation: Create clear and detailed documentation of research methods, findings, and recommendations through reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure research insights are integrated into the product development lifecycle.
- Research Team Activities: Contribute to optimizing Research Ops processes, including participant recruitment, interview scheduling, campaign management, incentive distribution and efficient data management.
- Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with MMT’s diverse travel products, building an understanding of user travel behaviour, needs, and challenges within the travel ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology or a related field.
- 0-2 years of work experience in research setting or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic knowledge or experience with research tools like Optimal Workshop, Survey Monkey, Miro and design tools such as Figma is good to have.
