About the Organiser
The office of Dean Students’ Welfare tries to ensure a congenial learning environment to all the students coming from different parts of our country and abroad by providing necessary guidance, suitable counselling and solving their grievances related to Admissions, Examinations etc. The office also organises various activities, seminars, workshops to improve the skills of the interested students.
We provide job opportunities to our students by inviting companies, NGOs etc for their suitable job placements and internships. For the holistic development of our students Co-curricular Activities are organised throughout the year.

Eligibility
- All regular bonafide students of University of Delhi studying in any Course/Stream at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels are eligible to apply for the Summer Internship 2024 program.
- Final year/ Final Semester students are not eligible.

Stipend
The Summer Internship is for a flexible 20 hours per week with a Stipend of Rs. 10,500 per month.
Duration
Those students who have already availed VCIS (Summer/ Part-time) are not eligible for the VCIS: Summer Internship, 2024. The period of the VCIS: Summer Internship 2024 is of two months from the time of joining (June-July, 2024).
Certificate
A certificate from the Dean of Students’ Welfare at the end of the internship tenure.
