Job Description
- Learn and contribute to different aspects of Product Test Engineering, especially on fundamentals of semiconductor IC testing, debugging and resolution of failures, improvements in test processes and aspects of SoC manufacturing of existing production products
- Monitor and evaluate the Process, Yield, DPPM and testing of existing and upcoming products.
- Have fun and enjoy working with seasoned Product and Test Engineers
Requirements
- Bring your energetic self, be a quick on-the-fly learner, adaptive to a team environment, disciplined, self-driven and organized.
- Should have basic knowledge and fundamentals of VLSI, electronics, and programming background.
Experience
- A potential candidate with strong fundamentals of VLSI and digital electronics. Candidate should be good in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, C, C++
- Experience in Programming
- Semiconductor / CMOS basic concepts
- Exposure to Design For Test (DFT) concepts – SCAN/ATPG, MBIST (memory testing)
- Knowledge of Testers (Advantest Verigy 93K, Teradyne UltraFlex) and/or use of Test and Measurement instruments like scopes, voltmeters, etc is preferred
