- Walk-in for a face-to-face interview with the team at Radware Chennai Office.
- The interview will take place on 18th Sep, 10:00 AM at their office located at KK Complex, No 33 2nd Floor, Velachery Rd, Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600015.
- During the interview, you will have the opportunity to meet with team members, learn more about the company and the role, and discuss your experience and qualifications in more detail.

Procedures
- Documents to Carry:
- Carry a print out your updated resume;
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).

Job Description
- Monitor network and system performance using monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, following predefined escalation procedures.
- Troubleshoot network and system issues, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches.
- Document all incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the implementation of network and system changes as directed by senior team members.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for NOC operations.
