Responsibilities
- At PayPal, iOS Software Engineers are the architects of PayPal’s advanced applications for iOS platforms.
- You’ll design, develop, and optimize mobile platforms powering millions of transactions daily, delivering innovative solutions that delight customers and drive business success.
- Your day-to-day:
- As an iOS Software Engineer, you will:
- Build robust, scalable mobile applications for iOS applications.
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to create exceptional user experiences.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Write clean, efficient code for mobile features.
- Conduct unit and integration testing.
- Participate in code reviews and agile development practices.
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- What you need to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in mobile app development.
- Proficiency in either Swift/Objective-C (iOS).
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with iOS or Android development.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Proficiency with either Swift or Objective-C.
