Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), was incorporated on 16th July 1970 in Hyderabad, Telangana as a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India to be the manufacturing base for guided missile systems and allied equipment for the Indian Armed Forces.

Selected candidates will be posted to any of the Units/ Offices of the Company i.e. at Corporate Office, Gachibowli, Hyderabad(T.S.), KanchanbaghUnit, Hyderabad, (TS.), Bhanur Unit, Sangareddy District. (T.S.), Visakhapatnam Unit (A.P.), Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy Distort (T.S), Amaravathi (Maharashtra), Liaison Office (New Delhi) or New upcoming project locations across India as per the requirement of the Company.

Eligibility Criteria

4% Reservation for PwILD: Out of a total of 42 vacancies of Management Trainees (Grade-Ilk One (1) vacancy is reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBDI — ID (Locomotor Disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy). The said Vacancy Is earmarked for the MT (Electronics) post only. Eligible PwILD-LD candidates are Instructed to apply for the MT (Electronics) post only as per their qualifications.

Selection Process

  • Selection will be based on a Written Test (Computer Based Online Test) and interview.
  • Candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria will be called for the Computer Based Online Test (CBOT).
  • Candidates are required to appear for the CBOT on the date, time and venue that will be mentioned in their Admit Card.
  • Candidate has to download the Admit Cards from the website.
  • A candidate should possess a valid e-mail ID for the next 1 year from the date of submission of the application.
  • The CBOT will be of Two hours duration and will be In two parts comprising 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
    • Part I will consist of 100 MCQs on the concerned subject/discipline.
    • Part II will consist of 50 MCQsGeneral Aptitude.
  • The weightage assigned to Onto is 85% and 15% for interviews in the selection process respectively.
  • The minimum qualifying marks for shortlisting for Interview candidates is 60% in CBOT for UR & EWS and 50% in CBOT for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy layer)/ PwBD with respect to posts reserved for SC/ ST/ OBC (Non-Creamy layer)/ PwBD candidates respectively.
  • Candidates need to secure the minimum qualifying marks in CBOT, to qualify for the subsequent stage of selection.
  • Cut-off marks in each discipline will be determined keeping in view of the 10:1 (candidate: post) ratio.
  • The Competent Authority will decide the final ratio of calling candidates.
  • Candidates who meet the cut-off marks criteria will be short-listed for interview in the respective discipline.

CBOT Test Centres

Following is the list of Examination Centers: Notified CBOT 10 Test Centers: Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Trivandrum and Visakhapatnam. Candidates should opt for the Test Center that is nearest from their Present Address to the above notified Test Centers.

  • Centres Notified above are subject to addition or deletion subject to the number of applications received.
  • The candidate has to indicate the Center in the Online Application Form in which he/she desires to take the Examination.
  • BDL reserves the right to add/cancel any Center and ask the candidates of any Center to appear from another Center.

FOR THE POSTS OF WELFARE OFFICER AND (PUBLIC RELATIONS)

  • Selection will be based on written tests only. For the post of welfare office candidates should qualify in Telugu Proficiency Test Details will be notified.
  • The Written Test will be In two parts. Part I will be Questions on subject/discipline and general Aptitude. Part II will be Questions on Telugu Proficiency for Welfare Officer post / General Aptitude
