Job Description
IBM is offering the role of Core Java Developer at their location in Hyderabad, IN. It’s an important player in their Infrastructure and Technology division.
Roles & Responsibilities
The hired individual is set to be an active collaborator with development teams while working for IBM’s leading Operating system development. Another role includes supporting language runtimes and/or open-source software running on IBM platforms. Other responsibilities include porting, builds, enhancements, quality assurance, and ongoing support for Java Runtime.
Required Skill Sets
- 3 to 10 years of experience in Systems software development.
- Experience in Core Java (Mandatory) and C/C++(exposure) programming.
- Performance analysis and tuning, multi-threaded programming, parallelism, and numerical computation.
- Java Debugging, Core Dump Analysis.
- Should have worked on any CI/CD environment like Jenkins etc.
- Expertise with build tools and IDE like Maven, Eclipse, Visual Studio, GNU Make etc.
- Hands-on with version control tools like GIT etc.
Preferred Technical Expertise
Experience in open-source projects
