About IIM Nagpur
Indian Institute of Management Nagpur started its journey in the year 2015 under the mentorship of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. The Institute’s first batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management commenced on the 23rd of July 2015.
Eligibility
Qualification & Experience Criteria:
- Engineering Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Post Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical stream shall be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in implementation and handling of MEP projects/ installations.
Age Limit: Minimum 30 Years
Job Profile
- Junior Engineer (MEP) shall be overall responsible for the complete operations, serviceability and maintenance of all MEP installations in the campus:
- Air conditioning systems including HVAC and chiller plant;
- All HV & LV Electrical systems;
- Fire alarm system;
- BMS system;
- UPS system;
- Electrical backup Generators system;
- Water supply/ distribution, Plumbing/ piping, fixtures & fittings systems;
- RO plant systems;
- WTP & STP systems;
- Solar Water system;
- Monitoring maintenance and serviceability of MEP systems during the DLP/O&M phase.
- Warranty and AMC contract management of MEP systems.
- Tendering, Contract and Vendor management of all MEP maintenance contracts.
- Identify, plan and execute development/ upgradation/ enhancements in the existing MEP installations as per requirement.
- Liaison works with local statutory bodies like MADC, MSECDL, PWD, NMC etc.
- Any other administrative duties assigned from time to time.

Salary & Benefits
