Job Description

Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU) is looking for bright Graduates / Post-Graduates for a techno-functional role of “Senior Associate – ERP Services” purely on contract basis for a period of Two Years initially and renewable based on the performance”.

The ERP system at IIMU is a cloud based packaged product (Anthology Student, CRM from M/s Anthology and Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps suite) implementation which covers the entire student life cycle management integrated with Finance and HR.

The system aids activities of all administrative and academic departments, students, faculty, external applicants and aspirants. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP is integrated with the student system. The ERP suite is built on Microsoft application development framework / MS SQL Server database / Dataverse.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should be a graduates / post-graduates (disciplines – Engineering / Commerce + Computer science / Science + Math, computer science majors).
Should possess an excellent academic record and 3-4 years of proven previous work experience in relevant technologies and skills.
Graduation / post-graduation should be a full-time course with a reputed university / recognized institute.

Responsibilities

Understand business processes of IIMU, effectively map the same to the processes available in the ERP system, own and achieve ERP adoption and routinization. System Analysis – Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
Understand the operational ERP system, tools, modules and process so that responsibilities like first level troubleshooting, functionality enhancement tasks can be taken up; functional testing of new functionalities, impact analysis, test cases preparation and user acceptance testing.
Provide operational support on ERP usage to end users in various departments for critical business processes.
Prepare user guide documentation of business processes, end-user training.
- Gain knowledge of the technology platforms used in the IIMU ERP system for operational report writing.
- Play an active role in expanding the ERP footprint and establishing a credible information substratum for top management decision making and operations of IIMU.

Good understanding of Application software and systems.
Strong Analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal departments, members of staff and faculty.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently, customer service orientation.
Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
Strong communication skills – oral and written.
Ability to effectively communicate across levels of managers and executives in a professional as well as appropriate manner.
Ability to prioritize work opportunities in the department.
Candidates with good knowledge of application development in Microsoft .NET framework, MVC architecture, SQLServer Database, SSRS (SQL server reporting services), SQL, HTML 5, Javascript, technical developer skills of Dynamics365 FinOps, Power BI and Power Apps will be given preference.
