Responsibilities
- As an Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the incidents queue, working on firewall/proxy change requests and joining troubleshooting sessions with our customers.
- You will also work with the network security team on project rollouts such as firewall replacement/proxy rollouts/etc.
You will
- Learn about the enterprise setup.
- Ability to learn/deploy/maintain the latest security techs to safeguard the environment and infrastructure.
- Working and communicating with a global team
Required Skill Sets
- 6+ years of strong experience with network fundamentals & firewall technologies including Palo Alto.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SSL
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Equivalent work experience can be substituted for educational requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with security processes and documentation.
Desirable Requirements
- Familiar with network fundamentals & firewall technologies including Palo Alto & SonicWALL
- Familiar with one of the proxy technologies including McAfee Web gateway and PAC script
- Industry certifications relevant to the role such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, ACE, PCCSA, PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP etc.
