Applications are invited for the position of “Research Assistant” at the BRain And INformatics (BRaIN) lab at the Centre for Cognitive and Brain Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar (IITGN) for a Consultancy Project on Neuromarketing.

About the Project
This is an interdisciplinary project which requires expertise in cognitive science and machine learning. The candidate must be comfortable in various tasks like conducting experiments on human participants when performing meditation, various cognitive tasks, data analysis with MATLAB or Python, writing manuscripts and reports, and familiarity in basic theoretical knowledge in cognitive science and neuroscience.

Eligibility
- Any Master’s Degree in Science or Arts OR Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- Knowledge of programming in MATLAB/Python is strongly preferred
- Previous experience working with Eye tracking, EEG, fMRI is preferred
- Knowledge of neuroscience/cognitive science / machine learning is preferred
Salary
INR per month (Rs. 25,000).
